Main Functions Prepayment: Pay before water-consumption, once the balance of purchased amount has been used up, the valve will close automatically. Step Water Price: The step-price model is available, in which the prices are subject to the consumption quantity. Meter-reading and Data Collection :Reading&collecting the data of monthly water-consumpition and checking the status of the meter. Balance Alarm: Alarming and reminding users to recharge the IC card by closing the valve once when the residual water quantity is not enough. Water Hoarding Restriction: In order to avoid consumer’s deliberate storage for the benefit of possible water price increase in the future, the system can set the maximum permissble residual water quantity. Valve Self Maintenance: The valve will open and close once every half month to prevent valve rusting. IC Card Reissue:, A new IC card can be reissued in the system once the user lost the user card. Anti-attack: The valve will close automatically once somebody attempts to disassemble the meter by adding a special facility to the meter.. Record: Record the information of accumulative water quantity, residual water quantity, purchased water quantity, etc Self Maintenance: The valve will open and close once automatically every 15 days, meanwhile, the battery will be activated once. Data Preservation: The records in the water meter could be preserved for at least 10 years in case of power off. Battery-Low Inspection :Water meter has voltage inspection device,when the voltage is lower than 3 V, the water meter will save the useful information and close the valve.The flash of of battery indicates lack of power. Waterproof Function: The meter can work normally by immersing in the water at 1.5m in depth for 1.5 hours. One Card More Meters: One card could manage quite a few meters. All in One Card: One card could manage water meter, energy meter and gas meter simultaneously.
