Rapid & Convinent Power Selling & Power Loading
 Meter Registration
Each meter is furnished with a Power Purchase Card, which is kept by the users. Power selling department makes registration for new user by use of this card through special power selling management system & writes data into the Power Purchase Card. Users can start to consume the energy meter after they insert their Power Purchase Card with registration & energy purchase information into the new meter.

 Power Purchase
When the residual energy in the meter is not enough (the meter will give out warning, please refer to 5.5 for details), the user should take his Power Purchase Card to purchase energy in the local power selling station. Power selling operator will write the purchased energy amount into his Power Purchase Card through Power Selling Management System & then return the card to the user.

 Power Loading
User should open the door on the right side of the meter first, then insert the Power Purchase Card with purchased energy into the IC card slot in the arrow direction. Once the meter rings, take the card out and complete the power loading operation.
