System Edition Sort

According to the different power-selling schemes of different electricity supply authorities, the system provides an electricity supply authority interior edition and bank deputizing power-selling edition. These two editions include six upwards power-selling (power-purchasing) methods.

1. Electricity Supply Authority Internal Edition

Electricity supply authority builds the interior capital account in the power-selling system for each consumer. The consumer just needs IC card to do the business of opening card, power-purchasing, inquiring and reinforcing reading card and so on in the power-selling station or website. The consumer has to charge the capital account before purchasing power (if the consumer uses cash to purchase power, the system will finish the process automatically), then the system puts the power which can be bought by the account balances into the purchasing card.

Running Modes:

•Electricity supply authority needs to add network power-selling function in the internet power-
 selling system and opens a capital account for the consumer.
•The consumer charges the account through the modes supplied by the system.
•The consumer uses the account balances to purchase power by ATM.
•The consumer purchases power into card by account balances by internet at his home (need
  IC Card implement).

Charging Methods

•Ebank: The consumer can charge his account through ebank in internet.
•Bank transfer: The consumer can transfer his money into the account which appointed by
 Electricity supply authority, and after the electricity seller checked, he will increase the
 corresponded money to the consumer's capital account.
•Bank Check: The consumer can charge his capital account through his bank check by the
 electricity seller.
•Cash: The consumer can charge his capital account through cash by the electricity seller.

2. Bank Deputizing Power-selling Edition

This system edition uses the bank which accredited by Electricity Supply Authority to deputize power-selling. The consumer just needs IC card to do the business of opening card, power-purchasing, inquiring and reinforcing reading card and so on. Then power-selling center system of Electricity Supply Authority takes charge of counting costs and varies of power-selling control management function.

Bank deputizing power-selling contains two parts:
•Power-selling terminal(contains bank counter and ATM IC Card Read-write implements, and
 so on )
 This terminal is responsible for real-time monitoring and IC Card reading and writing functions.
 At the same time it can send the business request information of the consumer to the bank
 power-selling front machine, and dispose bank power-selling font machine back to vary of
 business responsion information.
•Power-selling front machine( intituling into business controller)
 Power-selling front machine is responsible for receiving the business request from
 power-selling terminal equipment, then send the data to the encrypting controller after
 corresponded dispose, and then send the data to the bank mainframe and power-selling
 center server of Electricity Supply Authority. Contemporary, receiving the back information of
 bank mainframe and Electricity Supply Authority, and then it can send the back information to
 power-selling terminal equipment after validated.

Power-selling Operation Moving Manners:

•The consumer books information in the power-selling system of Electricity Supply Authority.
•The consumer opens his card in the bank which accredited by Electricity Supply Authority,
 and bundles his account number.
•The consumer purchases power and writes card through bank counter and ATM.
•The consumer purchases power and writes card through computer and handheld computer at
  home (need IC card read and write implements).
