Star Internet Prepayment Power-selling Management System is a new power-selling and power-buying system facing to Internet/Intranet and combined with B/S and C/S structures. It completely settles the problem of data fragmentary and manages the clients’ data concentrative with analyses. It brings convenience, celerity and security for clients to buy electricity. It makes the clients to feel the convenience of "One card in hand, Buy power everywhere". Diversified output of reports supplies the entire data analysis. The System is established according to the specialty of prepayment meters. It provides strong management function of power-selling and power-purchasing. It not only has the predominance of platform and system configuration, but also provides the standard client service terminal. Clients can know the condition of power-purchasing in the most ordinary way, and they do not have to go-off for electricity purchase. This System is an internet power-selling management application for utilities as well as the client service center platform.
III. Characteristics of System
1. CC (Client Service Center) is the WEB application based on IE. Using the ideology of "Client Service" as the guidance, the NET exploitive technology and WEB technology as foundation, exerting B/S structure, assure the clients can use this system in the best way. If the clients have the IC Card reading equipment, they can do the power-purchasing in internet at home. This really realizes the client service center flat roof for clients to search information buy power and ask questions in Internet.
2. Supplying power-selling in many places Each Service Center can sell the power to clients through two methods: in the region of better network condition, SC can sell the power through Web service center which supplied by IE to DC. If the network is cut, they still can sell power by SC special formality. Then they can send the data to the data center and download data in the form of PSTN dial-up. In this case, the missionaries can work under any conditions.
3. Unite management of business data All business data send expel class. BU can get all of the business data of SC in this business unite; DR can get all data of all BU; DC can get all data of all DR.
4. Security of data communication Data communication adopts SSL security agreement and AES encryption techniques. AES is a standard of using a safety code to encrypt information, and it sustains the cipher key of 128 digits, 192digits, and 256digits. This insures security and dependability of power-buying in the internet.
IV. Flowing of Data Clients can query and buy power through internet, and mimeograph corrective bills of documents. Clients can buy power through each SC SC can link the data center to sell power through internet, and mimeograph corrective bills of documents. BU can sell power to clients through special procedure, and mimeograph corrective bills of documents. Then it impresses data to reciprocal BU through PSTN. BU process every business such as opening an account, buying power, reissuing card, card maintenance, meter reading, and it can also build various report forms. BU transfers the business data to DR through PSTN. DR can do the statistic analysis of various report forms, and transfer the business data to DC through PSTN. DC can do the statistic analysis of various report forms
