Prepayment Power-selling Management System (PPMS)

    System Introduction

    "Power-Selling Management System", which adopts the structure of Enhanced Client /Server   
    relational database, is a management system with the function of registration, installation,
    prepayment, meter reading, charge statistic and overall inquiry fitted with all kinds of watt-hour
    meters including single phase and three-phase IC card meters, carrier wave meter, multi-tariff
    meter, multi-function meter, etc.

    With comprehensive function, this system is widely used to simplify charge collection and
    implement prepayment power-selling mode. Meter reading is performed by IC card or reading
    device. This system can be connected to the public telephone network to realize remote
    power distribution and remote meter reading. In addition, this system can be connected with
    bank network to implement power payment collection.

    Power-Selling Management System includes Prepayment Power-selling Management System,
    Centralized Meter Reading Management System, Multi-tariff Meter Management System and
    other sub-function modules. Each module can't only integrated into one system but also
    function independently.

     The central computer is a user's power-selling database management system. It includes a
    user information database, price makeup database, user's business database and database

    management system for inquiry and statistics.

     If the IC card Power-selling Management System is used in a small area such as
    residential district, its terminal management system can be integrated with the power-selling
    database to sell energy through one computer. If the system is used in a large area like a
    medium or big city, power selling can be achieved through network, which means one center
    computer controls several IC card power-selling terminal management system.

   Features of Module Function

    Registration power and card data search modules
    Registration Modules is used to set up User's File, Meter's File, Proportion of Energy   
    Consuming and User's Amendment. Power Selling Module can realize the function of daily
    power selling.

    Power price management module
    Power price can be defined as Sub-item price and comprehensive price. Sub-item price value
    can be input the edit interface of comprehensive price to form comprehensive price
    automatically.

    Report
    Include: Daily Report, Monthly Report, Classified Report, Meter Reading Report.

    Parameters, Operator, Port Set, Power Type, Power Price, System Dictionary, Invoice Format,

    Flexible convenient interface for authority Setting
    All of the function modules are displayed on the interface, allocation for operation authority can
    be completed in the same interface to realize scientific management.

    Report printing module
    This function can realize printing and outputting for Registration monthly report, Daily report,
    Monthly report, Yearly report and Classify report, the output item can be cut from each report
    so that the contents are convenient to be adjusted.
