Nov. 2005: Star Gas Meter Division was founded. The Three-meter Plan was in full operation.

Mar. 2005:Star photoelectricity department has been formally founded which started the R&D plan of new type of Photo-communication products.

Oct. 2004:Star water meter department was founded. This means the plan of Star entering into the water meter market has been formally started.

Dec. 2004:Star Industry Park was completed for formal production. It is covering 100,000 ㎡ with investment of 40 million US Dollars.

May 2003:Star was verified and certificate-granted by international authoritative organizations, such as KEMA-KEUR.

Dec. 2003:Star was granted with China Compulsory Certification (3C).

Oct. 2002:Star signed the Sales Contract with National Electricity Bureau of Morocco for prepayment watt-hour meters. And Star successfully set up the nationwide power-vending system for prepayment wattmeters in Morocco.
