| Q1: Operator inputs the wrong purchased sum of power or the payment amounts. |
| A 1: If the consumer didn’t input the wrong purchased sum of power of the card to the meter, the error correcting function in the software can correct this error. |
| Q2: When the consumer inserts the card to the meter after purchase, the meter is displaying Error-03. |
A1: Please check whether the consumer’s meter was replaced
A2: According to the records of consumption, re-open an account for t consumer. |
| Q3: When the consumer inserts the card to the meter after purchase, the meter is displaying Error-05 . |
A 1: Please check the times of purchases and inserting with the purchase card.
A 2: Accounting to the consumer’s code, check out the times of purchases.
A 3:Accounting to the times of purchases checked out, adjust the purchases times by the maintenance function.
Note: If the consumer has input the purchased sum of power to the meter after purchase, the purchase times=inserting times;
If not, the purchase times=inserting times + 1.

| Q4: When the consumer inserts the card to the meter after purchase, the meter is displaying Error-02. |
| A 1: Reissue a card with the function of complementarity. |
| Q5: When open a new account, error sign is displayed and the system can’t open an account normally. |
A 1: Delete the old power selling station from the software and reset a new one, then the account could be opened successfully.
Note: When you are preparing to delete the power retail station, you should backup the database.

| Q6: Consumer insert a new card to another meter that has not been opened an account wrongly. |
| A 1: Please use the setting card to clear the data on the meter that was inserted the card and ready for using. At the same time, please take the purchase card to the power selling management for reloading and choose the function of “formatting”. |

Water meter knowledge |
| 1. The water meter running lonely when didn't consume water. |
1. The water meter is running but the consumer is not using water.
When the meter is near to the main pipe (less than 1.5M), the cycling current will appear in the pipe brought by the inside unbalanced pressures. The current makes the hands running clockwise or anti-clockwise, but the running speed is slow. Generally, this kind of running will not affect the result. But if the hand is running fast, please check whether the subsidiary pipe is fracted or leaking.

| 2. When the cold and hot water are used together, the meters are running clockwise and anti-clockwise. |
| When the cold and hot water are used together, the cold and hot water will run to each other’ pipe through the mix valve, causing the hands run abnormally. The electronic section will repeat measuring and deduct the fees. When the hot water runs into the cold water pipe, if the hot water temperature were too high, it would damage the cold water pipe. This situation was caused by unreasonable pipe structure. We suggest that the consumer should install the anti-back valve on both the cold and hot water meters to ensure the normal running of cold and hot water meters and the security of the cold water pipe |
| 3. When open the cock, there is no water. |
The water was cut or the water consuming is on the peak condition. Please communicate with the water management.
Or the purchased water has bee used up, please purchase water timely.
Or the meter has came to the stage of alarming, please insert the purchase card to open the valve. If the upward valve of meter didn’t be opened or jammed, please ask relative departments for help.

| 4. Insert the card after purchase, but there is still no water. |
The direction of inserting was wrong, please correct the direction.
Drawing the card out too fast, please re-insert the card.
The water meter has problem. Please contact the management.
